At Far Out Prints, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within one hour of your purchase during our working hours. Our working hours are (Israel time GMT+2) from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please note that we do not work on Saturdays.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Goods: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Size Chart Accuracy: Please refer to our size charts before placing your order to ensure the correct size is selected. As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
Buyer's Remorse: We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may regret your purchase. However, as all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.
Order Lost in Transit: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, if your package is lost in transit and does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact us. All of Far Out Prints' shipping methods include tracking, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
